We are looking for a detail-focused Promotional Coordinator & Category Assistant to support our Category team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.

About the Role

This role supports the coordination of in‑store and online promotions, ensuring promotional information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

Working closely with Category Managers and suppliers to build promotional sheets, manage timelines, and keep everything running smoothly. This role also provides category administration support across Personal Care and other categories as required. (This role does not involve selecting products, managing budgets, or analysing sales).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate in‑store and online promotional activity
  • Build and maintain promotional sheets and documentation
  • Manage promotional timelines and deadlines
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Support Category Managers with category coordination and administration
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of promotional information

  • Entry to mid‑level experience in retail, promotions, or administration
