Motorcycle Technician

We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Motorcycle Technician in Christchurch, Dorset. This is a unique opportunity for skilled motorcycle technicians or experienced car technicians with a passion for motorcycles to join a modern, customer-focused motorcycle MOT and service centre. The ideal Motorcycle Technician will possess diagnostic expertise, a commitment to quality work, and a full motorcycle licence.

Competitive salary between £30,000 and £38,000 depending on experience
Performance-based bonus up to £3,600 annually

Duties as a Motorcycle Technician:

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on motorcycles
Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and engine work to manufacturer standards
Lead technical investigations and assist with warranty cases
Provide support and mentorship to other technicians and apprentices
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
Work closely with management and aftersales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

Requirements:

Qualified Motorcycle Technician, Master Technician, or experienced Car Technician
Extensive diagnostic and fault-finding experience on motorcycles
Full motorcycle licence is mandatory
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality workmanship and continuous learning
Positive attitude and professional approach in all aspects of work
