Part-time Content Creator and Videographer

Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading and ambitious independent property business in Central London to recruit a Social Media Content Creator & Videographer. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded content professional to take ownership of the brand’s social media content, bringing its properties, people and London neighbourhoods to life.

The Role:

Creating, filming and editing engaging short-form video for Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube Producing property tours, agent-led content, neighbourhood features and behind-the-scenes content Managing the social media content calendar, publishing and community engagement Creating supporting photography, graphics, captions and scripts Monitoring trends and developing fresh, original content ideas Tracking social performance and providing insights to help drive growth and enquiries Working closely with agents and senior colleagues, including directing on-camera contributors

About You:

Strong portfolio/showreel of social-first video content Excellent filming, editing and storytelling skills

Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or Cap Cut Strong knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube Excellent written communication and attention to detail A creative, organised and commercially focused approach Confidence working with people on camera Property, interiors, hospitality or lifestyle experience would be advantageous The

Offer:

£27,000–£32,000 pro rata, depending on experience 34 hours per week Permanent, part-time position Central London, with regular travel across Greater London Flexibility for remote planning/editing by agreement Apple Mac Book Pro and professional filming equipment provided This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business and have genuine creative ownership of its growing social media presence, with an exciting goal of reaching 100,000 Instagram and You Tube followers within three years.
