Service Advisor required in Christchurch

Our client, a well‑established main dealer in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30‑minute lunch break; 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

Salary up to £30,000 DOE plus a realistic OTE of £5,000, with potential for higher earnings based on department turnover (OTE up to approximately £35,000).

• Act as the vital link between customers and workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
• Coordinate appointments, service follow‑ups, and communication between customers and technicians.
• Assist with service quotations and part orders.
• Support team growth and potentially advance to reception supervisor.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional manner.
• Willingness to learn about the automotive industry.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator is a plus but not essential.
• Trainee applicants with a background in customer service are encouraged to apply.

• Full UK driving licence.
