About the Role

We’relooking for dedicated and compassionate
SEN Teachers
to deliver personalised, high-quality learning to children and young people withadditionalneeds across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to support pupils through tailored tuition in a variety of settings, helping them build confidence, independence, and academic progress.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Deliver tailored lessons based on individual needs and EHCPs
• Support students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals
• Provide engaging, supportive, and structured teaching sessions
• Model positive behaviour and values
• Complete tuition reports andmaintainclear communication

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (e.g., PGCE)
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience (preferred)
• Ability to teach Maths and English (Science desirable)
• Experience across relevant Key Stages
• Strong SEN experience
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
