Literacy to spearhead literacy strategy across Twynham TGS. You will lead a specialist literacy team and oversee interventions to raise reading, writing, spelling and oracy across two schools.
The role combines strategic leadership with direct work with students, ensuring rapid progress for those with literacy barriers. CPD and safeguarding are core priorities within our federation model.
