Schemes Account Handler Rotherham | £30,000 – £32,000  Bonus OTE c £37,000 We are assisting an established insurance broker in Rotherham as they look to add a Schemes Account Handler to a growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in either Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance who would like to move into something a little different and develop their knowledge within a specialist area of Property risks.

No previous experience within Property insurance is required, with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities Manage client policies from new business through to renewal Process renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy documentation Liaise with insurers to obtain quotations and appropriate cover Build strong relationships with clients and professional introducers Provide a high level of service and respond to day-to-day client enquiries Identify opportunities for additional cover where appropriate Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA and compliance requirements are met Work closely with colleagues across broking, claims and administration About You Previous Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance experience is essential Good understanding of insurance products and the policy lifecycle Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Confident dealing with clients and insurers Acturis experience would be advantageous Cert CII or a willingness to work towards professional qualifications would be beneficial Package & Benefits £30,000 – £32,000 salary Bonus opportunity – OTE c £37,000 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Funded CII qualifications Ongoing training and development Excellent long-term career prospects within a growing specialist team This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their experience and develop expertise within a specialist area of Property insurance, without needing previous experience in that particular market.
