Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer
We are working with an established law firm looking to recruit a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their Highcliffe office. This is a hands-on role managing a full caseload and playing a key role within a supportive property team.

Duties:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered)
- Plot sales
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
- Remortgages and property finance
- Easements
- Some experience with option agreements and conditional contracts
- Handle the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the firm's business development initiatives
- Work collaboratively within the property team
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Stay up-to-date with property law and conveyancing procedures
Experience & Skills:
- Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with ideally 3-4+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold property
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client care skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Commercial approach with a desire to develop client relationships
This is a full-time, office-based role with flexible hybrid working considered.
