Engine Builder / Mechanic Required in Welling, Kent / SE London
 
* Pay: £35 - £55k Basic Depending on experience

* Hours:

8AM - 6PM Monday - Friday + optional Saturdays (paid as overtime)

Duties of the Engine Builder / Mechanic position:
 
* Main responsibility for engine rebuilding, accounting for approximately 70% of the workload.
 
* Conducting snap belt and timing chain replacements
 
* Performing general servicing and brake work as part of your daily tasks
 
* Supporting other mechanical duties as required
 
* Assisting in business expansion and adapting to company needs
Requirements for the Engine Builder / Mechanic role:
 
* Proven expertise in engine rebuilding and mechanical repairs
 
* Full engine rebuild skills essential
 
* Formal qualifications are not mandatory but relevant experience is required
 
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with excellent attention to detail
 
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
 
* Flexibility to work Saturday on occasion, with generally six-day availability preferred
