Senior Tool Maker

We are looking for a Senior Tool Maker to join our Christchurch, Dorset team! As a Senior Tool Maker, you will produce bespoke components and tooling to meet our engineering specifications. The role is ideal for someone skilled in creating jigs and fixtures using manual lathes, mills, and XYZ Proto Trak machines.

• Manufacture jigs, fixtures, and other tooling using manual lathes and mills.
• Work alongside our current workforce to produce production components as and when required.
• Operate XYZ Proto Trak machines to produce high‑quality, precise components.
• Collaborate closely with the manufacturing engineering department to understand tooling requirements and ensure all components meet specifications.
• Work efficiently both as part of a team and independently.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
