Ecommerce Manager

Ecommerce Manager – Bournemouth - Up to 55k + Bonus-Hybrid

We are seeking a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager with at least 3 years’ experience managing multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a hands‑on, growth-focused role with full ownership of D2C performance across multiple brands.

• Own and execute ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, CVR, and AOV growth
• Lead customer journey optimisation and structured CRO testing
• Own CRM & lifecycle marketing strategy – strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo is essential
• Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back)
• Oversee email marketing, retention, and remarketing performance
• Deliver best‑in‑class technical and on‑page SEO

• Experience managing ecommerce across Benelux, Germany, and the Nordics Highly desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of localisation, VAT, cross‑border shipping, currency, and payments
• Ability to optimise regional storefront performance
• Occasional international travel required

• Proven track record scaling D2C revenue
• Strong CRM and Klaviyo expertise
• Data‑driven, commercially focused mindset
• Experience managing multi‑brand Shopify environments
