Hobbycraft is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead QAQC and supplier compliance across the business. This role owns day-to-day delivery of QAQC processes, manages supplier audits (SEDEX/SMETA), and acts as the SME for quality issues, returns trends, and cross-functional risk resolution.
You will analyse data, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, test labs, and internal teams. A hybrid working model applies, with core hours Monday to Friday.
