Health Safety & Environmental Lead | Christchurch | Up to £55,000
Take the lead on health, safety and environmental strategy at a well-established manufacturing site. This is a role with real authority, genuine influence, and a business that takes safety seriously.
As a Health Safety & Environmental Lead, you will benefit from:- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

- Lead and maintain the site's health, safety and environmental management system
- Ensure compliance with UK H&S and environmental legislation
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions
- Deliver H&S inductions, toolbox talks and training programmes
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, including fire safety and evacuation drills
- Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives across the site
- NEBOSH or IOSH General Certificate
- Relevant experience in a H&S role within manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience investigating incidents and delivering H&S training
- Working knowledge of ISO
45001 and ISO
14001
