Location: Glassons - Christchurch CBD (Cashel St)

Job Type: Full‑time. Sunday to Thursday, 40‑45 hours per week.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of retail professionals. You will assist in driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring the store meets and exceeds targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing team.
• Assist in driving sales through effective rostering, training, and performance management.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products and attract customers.
• Support store operations including stock control, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Uphold Glassons brand values and standards, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping environment.

• Previous experience in retail, with a passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in driving sales and meeting targets in a retail environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
