Overview
North Beach is looking for a motivated, experienced Assistant Manager who knows how to bring energy and drive a team to success to join us opening a new store at the Northlink Shopping Centre due to open end of March 2026. Christchurch - Northlink

Responsibilities- As Assistant Manager in one of our large format retail stores you will help shape an epic team culture, deliver outstanding results, and make sure our customers feel incredible.
- You’ll lead by example on the floor, keep the team fired up, and make sure our store is looking sharp and performing even better.
- You will be part of a team of enthusiastic retail staff, driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets and maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care throughout our store.
- We require a minimum of 1 year Assistant Manager experience.
Hours of work Sunday to Thursday 40-43 hours per week. You must also be available to work Public Holidays.
