As the Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning displays that showcase our products and inspire our customers. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure that our store reflects the latest trends and promotes a memorable shopping experience.

• Design and implement creative and visually appealing displays to showcase Glassons products.
• Ensure that all visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's aesthetic and identity.
• Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels on the shop floor to enhance product visibility and availability.
• Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
• Strong creative flair with a passion for design and fashion trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually compelling displays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
