We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our NEW Concept Store in Cashel Street, Christchurch opening SOON!

Responsibilities
  • Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
