SIXT New Zealand is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Rental Sales Agent to join our high-performing team!

Based at one of our busy branches, you'll be the face of SIXT—delivering exceptional service while actively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our premium products. Whether it's recommending the perfect vehicle for a South Island road trip, offering upgrades, or promoting value-added extras like GPS, insurance packages, or child seats, you'll play a key role in helping customers get the most out of their journey while contributing to branch sales targets.

• Proactively promoting and selling rental upgrades, protection packages, and additional services
• Welcoming and engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales KPIs (e.g. revenue per rental, conversion rates)
• Processing reservations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation
• Collaborating with branch and regional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Supporting operational excellence and contributing to a positive team culture

• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills

• Confidence in identifying sales opportunities and closing deals
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (retail, hospitality, or travel/tourism sectors preferred)
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
