We are seeking a Junior Sales Project Manager to join our team in. This role is vital in supporting our sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management and communication.
This is an ideal position for someone early in their career who wants to grow in sales, project management, and client handling within a manufacturing environment. You’ll learn how to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes, support projects from start to finish, and work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide your development.
Main PurposeTo efficiently manage projects to achieve long-term success and repetitive business by developing positive relationships and carefully handling customers’ needs in line with Company processes and procedures.
To be responsible for your own sales, project management, and quoting.
Core Responsibilities- Client enquiry handling — Manage incoming enquiries, gather missing information, maintain CRM records, and respond promptly to keep projects moving.
- Quoting & technical preparation — Develop project specifications, produce accurate quotations, create CAD/sales drawings, and source required materials.
- Project coordination — Oversee project progress from enquiry to manufacture, ensuring drawings, costings, and outputs meet client requirements.
- Client communication — Issue order confirmations, follow up on quotes and ongoing work, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Sales support — Support the Head of Sales with key accounts, tenders, large projects, and feedback reporting.
