Vision Government Solutions is seeking Virginia-based Field Appraisers to join our Reassessment team. We provide reassessment services for local governments across the U.S. The Field Appraiser plays a key role in inspecting, verifying, and recording the physical details of real estate properties. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with opportunities for long-term career growth for successful candidates.

• Verify, gather, and record the physical description of real estate properties accurately.
• Submit regular progress reports.
• Represent the reassessment team professionally and maintain good public communication.

• Located in Virginia with reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and kneel during inspections.
• Capable of climbing stairs and carrying 5-10 lbs. of equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Effective verbal communication skills, able to put members of the public at ease.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Real estate appraisal experience is a plus but not required.

Additional experience in census, mail delivery, or similar roles is advantageous.
