KFC Restaurant General Manager

We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager for KBP Foods, a leading franchisee of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) across over 800 locations nationwide. This role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for advancement.

• Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence for restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts every other week.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and provides an exceptional guest visit with friendliness and quality products.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as General Manager in food service or retail environment with profit & loss responsibility, preferably in quick serve restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly throughout entire shifts; maneuver safely through compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment.

Base compensation varies by location and is discussed during the hiring process. Expected ranges for new hires:

• Maryland: $53,000 – $58,000
• New York: $55,000 – $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 – $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 – $58,000
