Base Pay Range$19.00/hr - $32.00/hr
Additional Compensation- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in certain circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed

Job OverviewThis role focuses on the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise. Investigating incidents, thinking critically, and solving complex problems are core responsibilities.

- Analyze patterns and maintain security logs
- Collaborate with security and store teams to implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and regulatory requirements
