Sales Associate – Kirkland’s Home – Part Time

Join The Brand House Collective as a Sales Associate, delivering an exceptional shopping experience in line with Kirkland’s customer service model. You’ll support all aspects of store operations and merchandising, working across multiple roles including cashiering, replenishing, floor set‑up, and cleaning.

• Supports and values customer service in both in‑store and online (ship to store) shopping experiences.
• Actively engages customers, modeling exceptional selling behaviors.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive, can‑do attitude at all times.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds appropriately.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, current promotions, and merchandise assortment to build the basket.
• Supports the company’s branding at all times by treating all customers and co‑workers respectfully and professionally while supporting a common goal.
• Achieves or exceeds goals associated with company initiatives and programs.
• Assists in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Maintains an efficient and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.

• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products.
• Frequently position self to retrieve and stock products in the stockroom and sales floor, and pack merchandise into bags.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store for prolonged periods.
• Must communicate frequently with customers in person, electronically, and telephonically.
• Must move merchandise 50 pounds or more to and from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Must operate a Point of Sale system, registers, and handheld devices efficiently and accurately.
