Scan Scape is hiring a permanent part‑time Retail Scan Associate in Chubbuck,  role involves visiting selected stores each week to scan product barcodes on displays and aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. Data collected is analyzed and used to improve sales performance for products and retailers.

Estimated work hours: 5–7 hours per week, varying by store size and project requirements.

Retail Scan Associates perform in‑store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. Store types include grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores. Key tasks:

• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• Report to store within the described deadline.
• Complete display scanning on the entire store, occurring weekly, taking several hours.
• Participate in Custom Projects for specific product details; adds 30 min to 2 hr per week for some stores.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver high‑quality data.

• Scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations each week.
• Meet weekly deadlines for data delivery to clients.
• Provide quantity details for approximately 45% of scanned products.
• Maintain accuracy and independence while working on your schedule.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Tech‑savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
