- Drive projects that improve patient care by managing software installations across the U.S. and internationally.
- Present project plans and progress to hospital leadership.
- Coordinate end‑user training sessions and ensure successful go‑live of Epic software for healthcare providers.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Exercise autonomy in decision‑making with mentorship and guidance from senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
- A history of academic and professional success.
- Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, typically 1–2 trips per month lasting 2–4 days.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID‑19 vaccination.
