• Drive projects that improve patient care by managing software installations across the U.S. and internationally.
• Present project plans and progress to hospital leadership.
• Coordinate end‑user training sessions and ensure successful go‑live of Epic software for healthcare providers.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Exercise autonomy in decision‑making with mentorship and guidance from senior leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, typically 1–2 trips per month lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
