• The student is an11th-grader currently taking AP Chemistry and AP Physics. The student islooking for additional academic support as she prepares for upcoming coursework and assessments. She has been struggling with the class in general and would benefit from additional instruction to strengthen her understanding of the material, clarify challenging concepts, and build greater confidence with AP Chemistry. The student wants 1 tutor to help her with both courses.
• The student’sgoal is to become more comfortable with AP Chemistry & Physics and developa stronger understanding of the material so she can be successful in thecourse. Tutoring will focus on reviewing current classwork, preparing for upcoming assessments, addressing areas of difficulty, and helping her develop effective problem-solving and study strategies that she can use throughout theschool year.
• The student wants 1.5 hour sessions 2 times a week between 4pm-10pm any day Monday through Friday.
• The family wants to meet in-person with the tutor at their home in Chula Vista next to Eastlake.

• You have experience teaching/tutoring.
• You are willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles).
• Due to insurance requirements, applicant must not be a minor.
• Tutor needs to be available for
  1.5 hour sessions 2 times a week between 4pm-10pm any day Monday through Friday.

• You have a teaching certification.
• 30-$35 per hour
