The resource will support Retrofit Management activities by maintaining retrofit data, generating reports, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with project tracking. Work centers around CRM Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Power BI, and core O365 tools.

• Create, update and maintain retrofit status for aircraft and major assemblies in CRM Microsoft Dynamics.
• Create and manage Excel tracking tables used by Product Support Engineers (PSEs), Airline Support Managers (ASMs), Asset Management (AMP), Provisioning and operators.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile operator‑provided retrofit data.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for spares, failure rates, completions, and other CRM‑driven metrics.
• Use or learn DAX and basic SQL logic to support custom report calculations.
• Manage daily communication via Outlook; collaborate through Teams and SharePoint.
• Support meetings with PSEs, ASMs, and Supply Chain by providing accurate data and status updates.
• Maintain organized documentation and shared files.

• Assist with project scheduling and task prioritization using Teams Tasks/Planner.
• Support procurement planning, rotable coordination, and milestone tracking across retrofit programs.
• Support preparation of Service Bulletins to implement design changes, inspect for field issues, or to address quality escapes in the field. Implement effective and cost‑conscious retrofit plans.
• Management of our product support requirements including tracking operational interruptions, component reliability, removals, repair development, spare asset availability, and spare part sales.

• This position requires an B.S. degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience working in the Aerospace Industry preferred.

• Excel (Advanced): pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup, and macros as needed.
• Ability to learn or use Power BI, DAX, and SQL logic.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; MS Dynamics preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to use or learn ERP software; SAP preferred.

• High attention to detail working with aircraft and assembly‑level configuration data.
• Strong ability to analyze, structure, and validate data quickly and accurately.

• Clear and professional communication with engineering teams and ASMs.
• Ability to prepare concise updates and documentation.
• Updated CRM entries and case creation for assigned retrofit programs.
• Accurate Excel tracking tables for internal teams and operators.
• Daily/weekly Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Meeting notes, action trackers, and SharePoint‑managed documentation.

This role is considered an on‑site position located in Chula Vista, CA

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
