- Take good care of our members by proactively and professionally acknowledging anyone who enters the branch.
- Open new accounts (new shares for existing members) and other routine member account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, wire transfers, official checks, gift cards, cash advances, etc.
- Research and resolve member inquiries related to their accounts.
- Cross‑sell services that would benefit our members and properly track products and services referred or sold.
- Support branch operations with end‑of‑day balancing, scanning checks, providing dual control to balance the vault cash and card supplies, and totaling branch cash and checking to ensure all confidential information is secure.
- 18 months of financial institution or similar industry experience in a retail branch environment, including at least 6 months opening new accounts.
- Ability to actively cross‑sell products & services is required; experience processing consumer loans is a plus.
- Strong listening, verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of member information.

- 18 days of PTO in the first year plus 12 holidays a year.

Base Pay/Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 an hour* (actual base pay within this range will be determined by experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law).
