- Assist with exercises/ROM exercises as prescribed.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance such as transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Takes and records patient vital signs and reports to RN.
- Assists with enemas and irrigation of catheters.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding and dietary needs per care plan.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
- Promote safety and infection control for clients and coworkers.
- Maintains records related to job responsibilities.

- Current, active Home Health Aide certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication, observation, and critical-thinking skills.
- Compliance with HIPPA and all privacy and confidentiality policies.
Preferred 1 year of home health experience.
Additional Requirements:
Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
