Behavior Therapist / RBT (Part‑Time)

Sunny Days of California is hiring part‑time ABA and RBT Therapists to provide in‑home services to children on the autism spectrum (up to 29 hours per week). Services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with prime‑time hours Monday‑through‑Friday in the late afternoons/evenings. Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS.

• Create a fun, motivating environment that encourages positive learning for every child.
• Implement individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming under the guidance of a BCBA or supervisor.
• Apply ABA principles such as reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping.
• Use strategies to promote socialization and daily living skills.
• Respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors by following the behavior intervention plan devised by the BCBA/supervisor.
• Collect data on ABA targets and use the online system (Central Reach) to record, track, and view progress.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; RBT certification or 1 year experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis field preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT certified) or RBT in process is a PLUS.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism using ABA methodologies.
• Energetic, comfortable playing with children, and passionate about helping youth reach their true potential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS.

• Competitive pay: $22‑$24/hour for behavior therapists; $25‑$29/hour for RBTs.
