Base Pay Range

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

• Providing exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records within our CRM.
• Showcasing an adeptness in understanding medical records, billing, and filing.
• Assisting with the seamless flow of documents, processes, and strategies for client success.
• Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance our service offerings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow‑up.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
