Employment Type:
2+ months contract Compensation: $60.00 to 75.00 per hour (based on experience). Join as a consultant for a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization for Salesforce, Hub Spot, and Rev Ops transformation.. You'll partake in a critical Hub Spot-to-Salesforce initiative while driving the integration of a newly acquired company's CRM data and processes. This role requires a hands-on operator who can manage complex migrations, optimize workflows, improve data quality, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions..
You’ll Do
- Ongoing Hub Spot-to-Salesforce implementation and optimization efforts.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, establish processes, resolve CRM challenges, and improve system performance.
- Integration of acquired company data into Salesforce, including data mapping, cleansing, consolidation, deduplication, validation, and migration planning.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with existing revenue operations processes and reporting structures.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Jira stories, oversee development work, and perform QA prior to production releases.
- Support integrations across Salesforce, Hub Spot, websites, marketing automation platforms, product systems, payment workflows, and related GTM technologies.
- Deep Salesforce Administration expertise (certifications preferred) with 7+ years' experience in Salesforce Cloud, ideally Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly preferred.
- Hub Spot ? Salesforce migration experience
Solid experience in B2B SaaSCRM data migration, mapping, deduplication, and integration expertise
Experience working across Salesforce, Hub Spot, Jira, Gong, Zoom Info, Salesloft, and related GTM technologies
Ability to lead projects, direct tasks to technical (offshore) resources, and drive execution independently.
