This role is a full‑time, mid‑senior level position available in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Base pay range$72,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities- Act as the key ambassador of Real Manage, providing management, direction, and leadership to ensure successful daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
- Work closely with Board of Directors, developer, and builder to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems, and increase home values.
- Serve as a professional advisor to the Board of Directors of each community assigned.
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes and community documents, policies, and procedures.
- Provide weekly updates and ongoing reporting to the Board regarding collections, ACC requests, compliance, service requests, and work order activity.
- Run Board or Annual Meetings and create monthly management reports depicting community amenities and key initiatives, with clear recommendations.
- Assist the Board with contractor and insurance carrier selection to maintain and protect the community.
- Oversee vendor management, including bid process setup, contract oversight, and payment approval.
- Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budgets, meeting all deadlines.
- Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate finances, variance reports, and invoice processing.
- Build and foster positive relationships with residents to ensure high service levels and timely resolution of concerns.
- Attend monthly Managers and training meetings as required.
- Conduct business at all times with the highest professional, personal, and ethical standards.
- Display exceptional analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—friendly, outgoing, and capable of representing the company well in all situations.
- Excellent writing skills for timely, thoughtful, and concise client communication.
- Strong technology skills; comfortable using proprietary software, owner/board portals, and vendor portals.
- Flexibility and humility—willing to pitch in and do what is necessary for clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make accountable decisions.
