Plant Operations Lead

Pay: $30-$40/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Full‑Time, Mon‑Fri

Base pay range: $62,400.00/yr – $83,200.00/yr

• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
• Weld, fabricate, and troubleshoot equipment
• Assist with material handling and operational tasks
• Promote safety and compliance

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial/plant operations
• Strong mechanical skills, welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid CA driver's license (or willingness to obtain)
