Labor and Delivery Nurse Location unspecified. This role involves providing holistic, individualized care to patients and their families during labor and delivery. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate safe, therapeutic, and efficient care to promote positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  CA Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification or equivalent, and at least three years recent RN experience, including two years in a specialty area.
• Additional Information:
  The RN is responsible for individualized assessment, developing and implementing patient-centered care plans, patient education, advocacy, and coordination with healthcare team members. The role requires proficient documentation of care, communication skills, and the ability to adapt nursing interventions to meet diverse cultural and socio-economic needs. Delegation and patient advocacy are also key responsibilities.
