As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $17.00 to $19.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 6‑10 hours.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor inventory. Utilize technology for communication, reporting, feedback, and surveys. Maintain the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional days and extended hours around holiday peaks. May be required on actual holidays such as Valentine’s, Mother’s, and Father’s Day.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, relocations, and resets two weeks’ notice, possibly evenings or weekends.
• Team vision:
  Support other merchandisers across the network as needed.

This is a physically demanding job requiring frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with a digital handheld device for reading documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet at all times.
• Reliable transportation to and between assigned stores.
