Overview

Casa Sur Hacienda (CSH) is not just a venue; we are a social ecosystem dedicated to Wealth, Wellness, and Social Purpose. We are looking for a dedicated Partnerships & Sponsor ships Sales Manager to become a cornerstone of our leadership team.

This role begins as a high-incentive, commission-based position to launch Casa Sur Hacienda 6 signature events. For the right candidate who demonstrates the ability to build and maintain a robust partner pipeline, this position is designed to evolve into a permanent Base Salary + Commission role within the first 6 months.

Core Responsibilities
  • Long-Term Strategy: Develop and execute a year-round sponsorship strategy for Casa Sur Hacienda signature events and the Comunidad Latinopreneur.
  • Sponsorship Acquisition: Secure partners for our six events.
  • High-Level Prospecting: Connect with C-suite executives and community outreach directors in healthcare, finance, and the San Diego tourism sector.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring they receive their promised media exposure and on-site benefits.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Work closely with Ricky and Denise to identify new revenue streams, such as Social Health community supports and housing navigation partnerships.
Requirements
  • Sales/Partnership

    Experience:

    3+ years in corporate sales, sponsorship management, or fundraising.
  • South Bay Knowledge: Deep roots in the community (Downtown to San Ysidro) and a strong existing network.
  • Active Professional Membership: To ensure the highest level of industry standard, candidates must be an active member of at least one of the following organizations: NACE, ILEA, MPI, PCMA, San Diego Tourism Authority, SDDJA, SITE Southern California.
