Role:
Regional Business Director leading the US Hematology sales team for Genmab’s oncology portfolio, focused on developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
- recruit, develop, and coach Oncology Account Managers;
- implement customer-specific, value-based selling;
- establish relationships with key opinion leaders and alliance partners;
- analyze regional business environments;
- ensure team compliance and performance;
- and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in oncology leadership;
- hematology experience preferred;
- proven success in launching oncology products;
- strong coaching, strategic planning, and compliance skills.
High Value: oncology, hematology, US market, sales leadership, product launch experience, digital and hybrid selling skills, and travel readiness.
Work Setup: field-based in West region (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Hawaii); travel by car/plane.
