Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services invites you to join as a Concierge Security Officer in Chula Vista, CA. The role combines security duties with a high focus on customer service, working across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other venues.

  Monday 12:00 am–10:00 am;
  Tuesday & Friday 10:00 am–6:30 pm.
• Competitive hourly wage: $18 / hour.

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32‑hour BSIS security trainings (additional training may be obtained during hiring).
