Ophthalmologist / Eye Specialist

Job Responsibilities- Conduct outpatient ophthalmology consultations
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions
- Perform routine eye examinations and follow-ups
- Work with modern ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
- Deliver high-quality patient-focused care
Requirements
- Specialist qualification in Ophthalmology
- 3+ years of experience as an o
phthalmologist - German language proficiency at B2 level or above
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Swiss-recognised specialist diploma or eligibility for recognition
- Long-term commitment and professional attitude
- Initial professional discussion regarding experience, motivation, and expectations
- Candidate profile preparation for employer review
- Interview/meeting after mutual agreement on key conditions
- Assistance with onboarding and administrative process
- 1st Year Salary: CHF 210,000 gross annually
- 2nd Year Salary: CHF 220,000 gross annually
- 3rd Year Salary: CHF 230,000 gross annually
- Bonus:
- CHF 7,500 after 18 months
- CHF 12,500 after 3 years
