Tasks- Manage and oversee strategic projects and customer prototypes.
- Develop existing production processes based on market needs.
- Implement new workflows and production facilities effectively.
- Relevant degree in Microsystems, Chemistry, or Engineering required.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities essential.
- Fluent in German and English for effective communication.
Engineer as Part of the Technology Process Engineering Group (m/f/d) 80%-100%
Your tasks:
- Handling and management of strategic projects and customer prototype orders
- Expansion and further development of existing production processes according to market needs
- Implementation of new process flows and production facilities, process integration
- Responsibility for individual processes / facilities
- Contact person for production staff in case of problems (troubleshooting)
- Error analysis and optimisation of existing recipes and procedures in production, including related reporting
- Training of production staff
- Feasibility assessments in cooperation with sales, including customer contact
- Possibility to take over the deputy group management if suitable
Your profile:
- Degree from a university of applied sciences / university / college in a suitable field (e.g. microsystems technology, chemistry, physical chemistry, physics, engineering)
- Relevant knowledge in one or more of the listed areas is desirable
- Very good comprehension, enjoyment of complex contexts, flexibility and resilience
- Independent, systematic and purposeful working and documenting the achieved results
- Understanding of the needs of a production company
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are a matter of course to ensure collaboration within the group, with customers and suppliers
- Interest and willingness to support other areas if required after training
