Starte am 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung alsDas sind deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust onkologische Patientinnen und Patienten und verabreichst selbstständig Chemotherapien, Immuntherapien und weitere medikamentöse Tumortherapien
- Du berätst und begleitest Betroffene und Angehörige bei komplexen pflegerischen Fragestellungen sowie im Umgang mit Therapienebenwirkungen
- Du unterstützt und befähigst das Pflegeteam und entwickelst evidenzbasierte Standards, Konzepte und Prozesse weiter
- Du wirkst in interprofessionellen Projekten, Qualitätszirkeln und fachbezogenen Weiterbildungen mit
- Diplom als Pflegefachfrau HF/FH sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Onkologiepflege
- Abgeschlossene oder laufende Weiterbildung in Onkologiepflege auf Stufe HFP, DAS oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Verabreichung und Überwachung medikamentöser Tumortherapien
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
