Die Tertianum Gruppe bietet im Villa Sarona in Chur eine familiäre Wohn- und Pflegeumgebung mit 37 Pflegebetten. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung nach Assistent/-in Gesundheit & Soziales oder Pflegehelfer/in SRK in Teilzeit (50-100%).
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Betreuung, Unterstützung bei Körperpflege und Bewegung, Alltagsgestaltung sowie Mitarbeit in Pflegedokumentationen. Wir suchen motivierte Personen mit SRK/AGS-Abschluss und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege.
