- Entgegennahme und Dokumentation von Störungsmeldungen und Benutzeranliegen im Rahmen des Service Desk im ITSM-Tool
- Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexerer Anliegen sowie Koordination mit Second- und Third-Level-Support
- Durchführung von Standardservices gemäß IT-Servicekatalog (z. B. Gerätebereitstellung, Softwareinstallation, kleinere Hardwarereparaturen) im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich gemäß RACI‑Matrix
- Benutzerunterstützung, Schulung sowie Beratung interner Mitarbeitenden im sachgerechten Einsatz von IT‑Mitteln und Prozessen
- Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen sowie aktive Beteiligung und Verantwortungsübernahme in IT‑Projekten
