Kantonales Sozialamt Graubünden sucht eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in für den Standort Chur, um während eines Mutterschaftsurlaubs vom 1. Oktober 2026 bis 31. März 2026 zu vertreten. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen lösungsorientierte Sozialberatung von Einzelpersonen und Familien sowie die Beratung von Flüchtlingen zur sozialen Integration.
Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialarbeiter/in, fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialhilferecht und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen aus verschiedenen sozialen und kulturellen Hintergründen. Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sind ebenfalls erforderlich.
