Der Kanton Graubünden sucht eine Fachperson für den Abklärungsdienst der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde in Chur. Die Rolle umfasst selbstständige Fallanalysen sowie die Kontaktaufnahme mit betroffenen Personen, um deren Unterstützungsbedarf abzuschätzen.
