Sozialamt Graubünden sucht eine/n Sozialpädagoge/-in oder Sozialarbeiter/-in für die Fachstelle Pflegefamilien und Adoptionen. Sie begleiten Pflegeverhältnisse, klären Pflegeeltern ab und arbeiten an der Qualitätssicherung der entsprechenden Angebote.
Gefordert sind Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik/Sozialarbeit, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und EDV-Kenntnisse. Die Stelle ist 80 % in Chur, vorgesehen ab 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung.
