We are seeking an exceptional leader to champion inclusion and ensure outstanding provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work strategically and operationally to remove barriers to learning and create opportunities for every child to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.

Essential Requirements

QTS, proven track record in improving outcomes for pupils with SEND, strong leadership skills.

Desirable Requirements

Experience in strategic SEND leadership and multi‑agency collaboration.

  • Has a recognised SENCO qualification/equivalent experience or is working towards it.
  • Is a skilled communicator, able to build trust with pupils, families, and professionals.

  • Is reflective, resilient, and ready to lead with compassion and clarity.
