Salary:
Grade 5, Point 5 – 6: £7,137 – £7,250 per annum (subject to experience).

Contract:

Fixed‑term until 24 July 2026, 12 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. You will work closely with class teachers to support the learning, emotional well‑being and social development of our pupils. The role will involve 1:1 support, small groups and classroom activities as needed.

• Support the class teacher in delivering high quality teaching and learning.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources.
• Work with individual or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning.
• Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote good behaviour and support the emotional wellbeing of pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.

• Has a genuine passion for working with children.
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic.
• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Has good communication and organisational skills.
