Hours of work:
Teaching Assistant, 14.5 hours and Midday Supervisory Assistant, 2 hours.

Working pattern:
Part‑time, Term‑time. 39 weeks per year plus 5.5 weeks annual leave (increasing after 5 years of continuous service). As the position is part‑time, the salary is pro‑rated.

• Work in Key Stage 2, Wednesday 12:15 pm – 3:15 pm, Thursdays and Fridays 8:30 am–3:15 pm, with a Midday Supervisor role over lunchtimes.
• Support each child with their educational, physical, emotional and social development.
• Respond independently and flexibly to children’s needs, using initiative.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver an innovative ‘Enlivened Learning’ approach.

• Passion for nurturing children’s natural curiosity and learning habits.
• Highly motivated and skilled in supporting children’s development.
• Committed to inclusion and equal opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in partnership with others.
• Demonstrate no disqualification under the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018; provide a self‑declaration form during pre‑employment checks.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
